Revolusi Mental Zakheus Menurut Lukas 19:1-10 : Tantangan Kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara umat Kristiani Injili di Indonesia

Abstract
The spirit of a mental revolution that demands social justice has been echoed since Indonesia's reformation in 1998. Even long before that, the Indonesian government had tried to implement various special programs to create the Constitution and Pancasila, in order to create social justice for its nation. Unfortunately, the echoes of the 1998 reforms did not show any measurable significance, instead Indonesia was increasingly trapped in corruption, collusion and even social injustice. It is true what the Ecclesiastes said, man is never satisfied with his possessions (Ecclesiastes 5:10). How pathetic that this selfishness and greed has brought great suffering, poverty to many lives and great loss to the country as a whole. This situation has an impact as if the government did nothing about it, when in fact the government has tried to eradicate it by establishing the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK), morals and religious teachings, but like damming water, there is always a way out to penetrate closed roads, even water can destroy dams.Is it true that this greedy and selfish human nature cannot be changed? Is there any possible solution for a mental revolution to occur in the life of the nation and state of Indonesia, particularly in the context of Christians who are involved in corruption, collusion and trampling on the law with money and power? Of course the problem of sin has a way out. God the creator, He is the one who is able to change the nature of human sinfulness. Luke 19:1-10 records, a tax collector, named Zacchaeus who was hated for his sins. He met the Lord Jesus and Jesus came to his house. And that's when he realized the sinful state of his life and took the initiative to change and be renewed from his corrupted life which often extorts people. How he renews his corrupt nature is by returning four times the wealth he extorted from the people and donating it to the poor. Zacchaeus' actions are evidence of his repentance to God in Jesus Christ the Lord.
