Abstract
This study aims to determine the understanding of Cell Group Pastors in the Kingdom Generation Community GBI ROCK Pantai Indah Kapuk regarding: (1) definition of spiritual fatherhood; (2) the characteristics of spiritual fatherhood, and (3) the application of spiritual fatherhood. This research is descriptive qualitative with informants from cell group pastors, the sampling technique used is census sampling technique. Data was collected through semi-structured interviews and analyzed using the stages of condensation, data display and conclusion. The results show that the cell group pastors in the Kingdom Generation Community GBI ROCK Pantai Indah Kapuk (1) have understood the meaning of spiritual fatherhood, (2) Cell Group Pastors have understood the characteristics of spiritual fathering services and (3) cell group pastors have implemented spiritual fathering services, but still needs to be improved so that it is more optimal and a blessing to many people. The suggestions put forward are (1) it is necessary to carry out special training about the characteristics of the spiritual fathering and its stages; (2) it is necessary to sounding the benefits and importance of spiritual fathering; and (3) all cell group pastors must have a commitment to take part in all the training held and equip themselves to be even more maximal in carrying out spiritual ministry
