Abstract
The current global moral crisis has permeated various leadership sectors, including Christian institutions, characterized by a fragmentation between spiritual values and public integrity. This study aims to investigate the integration of prophetic leadership based on the ethics of the Kingdom of God as a solution to contemporary moral decadence. Employing a qualitative method with a theological-ethical approach, this research dissects the concept of Basileia tou Theou (Kingdom of God) and synthesizes it with modern ethical leadership theories. The findings indicate that prophetic leadership serves as an antithesis to narcissistic power through the practice of parrhesia (courageous speech) and the deconstruction of power into a servant-oriented structure (the upside-down kingdom). This integration demands an ontological transformation of the leader's character and systemic reformation of organizational policies. The article concludes that the restoration of Christian leadership integrity can only be achieved when the ethics of the Kingdom of God are established as the absolute standard in navigating the complexities of the public sphere
