Interfaith harmony is understood as a state of harmony characterized by mutual respect and the ability to live side by side peacefully. PAK plays a significant role in instilling the values of love, tolerance, and respect for differences through
dialogical learning based on Christian character. This study highlights the importance of integrating harmony values into the curriculum, enhancing students' understanding of other religions, and the role of teachers as role models and facilitators of peace. The results indicate that implementing appropriate PAK strategies can strengthen a culture of peace and encourage more constructive interfaith relations. This study recommends strengthening educator competencies, developing an inclusive curriculum, and enhancing interfaith cooperation as sustainable steps in building interfaith harmony.
Fabian H. The main issue addressed is the moral and spiritual crisis among church officers, particularly cases of adultery that contradict the Christian calling and the ethical demands of ministry. This study aims to analyze the gap between Wesley’s teaching on Christian Perfection and the lived reality of church officers, as well as to propose a renewed paradigm for church ministry. A qualitative research approach was employed, using interviews with church officers and congregation members, combined with theological literature analysis. The findings reveal that many church officers understand ministry merely as a formal ecclesial duty, lacking a deeper awareness of Christian Perfection as a lifelong process of sanctification rooted in perfect love. The study concludes that Wesley’s concept of Christian Perfection needs to be reconstructed as a communal process supported by spiritual formation, church discipline, and accountability systems, so that ministry may authentically reflect Christ’s love, holiness, and moral integrity within the contemporary church context.
Daniel Willy Pongoh Rivay Palempung Copyright (c) 2026 Daniel Willy Pongoh, Rivay Palempung https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 2026-02-25 2026-02-25 6 1 15 28 PEMBIASAAN MEMBACA AYAT ALKITAB SETIAP HARI BAGI MAHASISWA STT MAWAR SARON LAMPUNG DALAM MENGATASI DAMPAK NEGATIF ERA MEDIA SOSIAL http://ojs.sttkingdom.ac.id/index.php/Theo/article/view/140
The social media era poses serious challenges for theological students, including emotional instability, declining self-control, and value disorientation. This study aims to describe and analyze the role of daily Bible reading habits in addressing the negative impacts of social media among students of STT Mawar Saron Lampung. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method with in-depth interviews involving ten selected students who actively engage in daily Bible reading. Data were analyzed using thematic analysis to identify recurring patterns and meanings. The findings reveal that daily Bible reading functions as an emotional stabilizer, a medium for self-reflection and self-regulation, and a foundation for strengthening identity and life values in the digital era. This study fills a research gap by providing empirical qualitative evidence on spiritual habituation as a practical response to digital challenges within theological education. The results offer practical implications for spiritual formation programs in theological institutions.
Isa Umbu Riani Telaumbanua Yonatan Natanael Yafarman Zai Copyright (c) 2026 Isa Umbu Riani Telaumbanua, Yonatan Natanael, Yafarman Zai https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 2026-02-25 2026-02-25 6 1 29 46 MISTERI BAHASA LIDAH: SINTESIS TEOLOGIS TENTANG KARUNIA ROH, BAHASA DOA, BAHASA KOMUNIKASI DAN TANDA ESKATOLOGIS http://ojs.sttkingdom.ac.id/index.php/Theo/article/view/141
The phenomenon of tongues (glossolalia) has been one of the most important gifts of the Holy Spirit discussed since the time of Pentecost (Acts 2). The Pentecostal and Charismatic traditions see it as a sign of the outpouring of the Spirit, while the mainstream church sees it more as one of the gifts among many others. This article aims to present a theological synthesis of the four main dimensions of language: (1) as the gift of the Holy Spirit that bestows on the body of Christ; (2) as a language of prayer that deepens one's personal relationship with God; (3) as a language of communication to spread the gospel across languages; and (4) as an eschatological sign that indicates the fulfillment of God's promises. This study uses qualitative methods based on literature studies and biblical-theological analysis. The results of this study confirm that glossolalia is a multidimensional pneumatological phenomenon that must be practiced in an orderly, mature manner, oriented towards the development of the body of Christ and the mission of God, so that the church avoids reducing or absolutizing it.
Ibrahim Ibrahim Copyright (c) 2026 Ibrahim Ibrahim https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 2026-02-25 2026-02-25 6 1 47 60 KETELADANAN MANAGEMEN EMOSI PEMIMPIN YANG BERDAMPAK POSITIF BAGI KOMUNITAS REMAJA KRISTEN http://ojs.sttkingdom.ac.id/index.php/Theo/article/view/142
This article explains how the exemplary emotional management of a leader in a Christian youth community, and the causes of the leader's anger. The research is motivated by the tendency to emphasize intimacy with God in worship practices, while the dimension of reverence and fear of the Lord—an essential component of the culture of the Kingdom of God—receives less attention. This study employs a qualitative research method, involving twelve praise and worship team members as research participants. Data were collected through interviews. The findings reveal that the majority of participants demonstrate a fairly good understanding of Kingdom worship as a natural response of Kingdom citizens to their King, expressed in personal life, communal fellowship, and through the indwelling of the Holy Spirit. Approximately 67% of participants were able to articulate the conceptual meaning accurately, although the emphasis tended to focus more on personal intimacy. Understanding of praise and worship was generally good (75%), particularly regarding the importance of sincere motivation and the awareness of empty worship. In terms of implementation, 83% of participants demonstrated practical expressions of Kingdom worship in daily life, especially through intimacy with God and thanksgiving. Nevertheless, the study indicates that a balanced emphasis between intimacy and reverence toward God still needs to be strengthened. This research concludes that the implementation of Kingdom worship at GBI ROCK City Center is generally very good; however, further theological reinforcement is necessary to ensure a balanced integration between intimacy and reverence in praise and worship ministry practices.
Sean Gerry David Limanto Copyright (c) 2026 Sean Gerry, David Limanto https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 2026-02-25 2026-02-25 6 1 77 84
