Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe teachers' understanding of the role of Christian teachers at the Tunas Daud school in Denpasar; Christian teachers' understanding of guidance and counseling services at the Tunas Daud school in Denpasar; implementation of counseling guidance services at the Tunas Daud school in Denpasar. The data were collected using observation, interview and document study techniques. Based on the analysis, the results obtained, namely: (1) teachers' understanding of the role of Christian teachers at Tunas Daud Denpasar School, very good understanding of the role of Christian teachers as educators and motivators, well understanding of the role of Christian teachers as teachers and learners, and as evangelists; (2) Christian teachers' understanding of guidance and counseling services at the Tunas Daud school in Denpasar, understands counseling services in the field of tutoring well, quite understands counseling services in the field of personal guidance and social guidance, but lacks understanding of counseling services in the field of career guidance; and (3) 3. The application of counseling guidance services at the Tunas Daud school in Denpasar, has implemented well in the fields of personal guidance, social guidance, and tutoring, but very little applies counseling guidance services in the field of career guidance.
